Instrumentation
We currently have 9 peptide synthesizers that can generate from 1 to 96 peptides at once. We have 5 HPLC systems that continuously run to purify the large number of peptides that we synthesize.
Quality Control
Medco Labs guarantees all peptides and supplies for every peptide. Mass spectral analysis is used to verify molecular weight and an HPLC trace to verify purity. A team of 5 peptide chemists strive towards a quality product delivered in a timely fashion. These chemists always give the customer the attention needed on each order to assure the best product is to be made. Peptides are delivered freeze dried. Peptides are shipped overnight freeze dried with quality control data. Peptides are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks of receiving the order. We go to extreme measures to make sure the quality of the peptide meets or exceeds the requested specifics of the order.
