OUR METHOD OF SHIPMENT
Most orders are shipped from our San Diego, CA warehouse by UPS or Con-Way. Please see the transit time maps for estimated delivery to your area.
Orders shipped prepaid freight will ship the most cost-competitive way. This method of shipping sometimes takes approximately 3 days longer than the Transit Times shown for your area. If you require your products to arrive sooner, please let customer service know at the time you place your order. You will not be required to pay the entire shipping fee, but an Expeditied Freight Charge will be added to the order.
SHIPPING FREIGHT COLLECT
We offer the option to ship with your preferred carrier. We refer to this arrangement as Freight Collect. If you would like to ship Freight Collect, you must include an account number and a telephone number for your carrier on a faxed or emailed order. Please not that a 1-2 day delay in dispatching your order is possible when you do not ship with our preferred carriers.
